You used to work (out) hard and play hard. Your body was right there with you and did what you wanted, joyfully. Now too many things hurt and you’re afraid you’re getting old and will never be able to feel in tune with your body again.

We can fix that. Fast.

Then you can get back to being friends with your body.

What I do and how I do it:

I’ve had a number of injuries, both traumatic and from overuse, so I know how annoying each type of injury is. I’ve worked with human movement efficiency for nearly 30 years, taught anatomy and biomechanics to pros for more than 10 of those, and have been enlarging my toolkit the whole damn time.

In an online session, I’ll need to see you on video chat. I’ll assess your movement and postural patterns, and with that info plus what you’ve told me about your pain, I’ll design 3-5 pain-escaping tools to help your pain get better immediately.

Through the rest of the week, you’ll work with your pain tools to get and keep yourself healthy. When we next meet, you’ll tell me if and how they’ve been working for you, and we’ll give you new tools (if the pain moved, as it does sometimes), or refine the ones you have to make them even better.

In an in-person session, we do what we do online, but we’ll also move through the pain-escaping tools together so you have a more complete understanding of them– plus, we’ll do more hands-on work to hack your body systems for maximum efficiency and pain relief.

After an in-person session, you’ll also work with those pain-escaping tools to get and keep yourself healthy. When we next meet, you’ll tell me if and how they’ve been working for you, and we’ll give you new tools (if the pain moved, as it does sometimes), or refine the ones you have to make them even better.
